Visiting

The health and safety of our residents and our employees remain our top priority. Therefore, in line with the latest guidelines issued by the NYS Department of health, we have revised our visiting policy.

Visitation is by appointment only.

• All visitors must be 18 years of age or older.
• The facility cannot accommodate large groups. 2 Visitors will be allowed at a time for each resident.
• All visitors will undergo a temperature/symptom screening and will be required to perform hand hygiene and wear a mask upon arrival.
• Visitors will be asked for their name, home address, and email address. This is for COVID19 contact tracing as per NYSDOH.
• A dedicated outdoor visiting area has been established and will be shown to you by our staff. This area is disinfected between each visit.
• When visiting: Please ensure there is no physical contact with the resident and social distancing (6ft) is maintained at all times.
• Masks must be worn by visitors and residents at all times. (covering mouth and nose)
• Only two residents will be allowed visitors at once. Please be sure to make an appointment before visiting.
